My grid format seems to be loading uneven. One news feature is lower than the other.

Also, a white box is surrounding my images. I have used the code below to resize my thumbnails to ft but a white box appears. If this cant be fixed can you advise on the dimensions of the correct image size to fit?

We have checked your site you have used shortcode in wrong way in footer widget.

Please use this shortcode [sp_news grid="3"]

Note : Do not use <strong> tag inside shortcode , paste this shortcode in text editor of your widget.

We have checke this site still you have used wrong shortcode . Please do not use any TAG inside the shortcode.
Wrong Way : [ sp_news grid=”3″ ]
Right Way : [sp_news grid=”3″]

Hello

I checked in the footer https://prnt.sc/jqir8v still shortcode not added proper way there is still HTML code with shortcode: -https://prnt.sc/jqiuoi
Can you please add shortcode this way: – https://prnt.sc/jqippo

After adding shortcode this way still not work then you have to add the following filter code in theme function.php
add_filter( 'widget_text', 'do_shortcode' );
