Thumbnail Galleries Not Loading

    Hello,

    I’ve just added a few NextGen Thumbnail Galleries to various pages on my website. However, the galleries are taking a long time to load before timing out before the gallery has fully loaded. The images are each around 250KB in size. Do you know why this is happening?

    I’m hosted with GoDaddy, and I only have a handful of standard plugins installed so I doubt that these are interfering with the loading times.

    Hi @spippa,

    In similar cases, the first thing that we are recommending is checking to make sure that NextGen Gallery plugin’s requirements are met: https://www.imagely.com/docs/requirements/

    Hello Mihai,

    Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve increased the PHP Server to 7.3, and all the other essential requirements have been met. However unfortunately the images still aren’t loading correctly.

    Do you have any other ideas?
