Thumbnail Files Names Using Alt/Title Tags
-
Hi. I think I have a problem that is not related to the upgrades. In fact, I rolled back to 19.3 and it was still happening, so it must have been going on for a while. Still, I gathered up all the info you asked for and made a Dropbox file with a public link. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12099314/GAR-NextGEN-specs.pdf
What’s happening is that the thumbnails are picking up whatever we have in the alt/title field for their filenames, instead of the actual file names. So the thumbnails won’t show up anywhere, frontend or backend.
Website: https://www.goldenacresranchflorida.com/gallery/farm-tour-2009/I tried creating new thumbnails – no effect.
I just tried adding a new gallery and those work, so something has happened to my old galleries. Can they be fixed?I’m comfortable enough editing php or other files if anyone can give me some suggestions about what to try next. Thanks!
~ Christine
