    Hi @richchubb,

    While there are no such options, you can hide the borders adding the following CSS rule to “Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS”

    .ngg-albumoverview.default-view .ngg-album-compact {
        border: none !important;
    }

    As for the thumbnails’ size, you can change that from “Manage Galleries” by accessing the gallery, checking the preview image, selecting “Create new thumbnails” and press “Apply” then choose the size you need. You’ll have to repeat the same for each of the preview image.

    Thank you, the CSS worked perfectly.

    Ref the Thumbnail size. I have picked a different thumbnail, changed the dims, but it still shows was being smaller. Not sure what I am doing wrong?

    Thanks

    Let’s try clearing the image cache from “NextGen Gallery -> Other Options -> Miscellaneous” then check again to see if that’ll help loading the updated thumbnail.

    No, that doesn’t seem to have made a difference. Any other suggestions please?

    Just to clarify, I have noticed that what you suggested above did make the thumbnails bigger here, within the actual gallery:

    What I want though is to make the preview image of the gallery bigger, on this page, the one you click on before all the images appear within the gallery itself.

    Sorry for overlooking it. It appears that Basic Compact actually comes with a setting that allows changing the thumbnails size.

    Please access “NextGen Gallery -> Gallery Settings -> Basic Compact Album -> Override thumbnail settings”

    Hope this helps

    Thank you, that worked great.

    My only concern is that the thumbnails do not appear sharp? Is there a setting somewhere?

    At the end of this gallery, https://richardchubb.com/personal-work/nggallery/2023/max-portrait-shoot there is an image I have added for demonstration purposes.

    The same image is under https://richardchubb.com/my-work/ (click on Landscapes) The one that is not your gallery is a lot sharper. The thumbnail in the NextGen one seems really compressed.

    If I can fix this, then I will upgrade because I need the thumbnails to be sharp.

    Thanks
