thumbnail cropping never worked for me..

  • Hi! I see many other posts with the same issue. I’m a developer, I know what I do. But I never got the thumbnail crop tool work.

    As a lot of other people, I can see the properly cropped image in the media edit window, but then when I ask for it, I get the origina image or the original thumb size (the one written in the media options)

    Anyone knows the FINAL way of using that tool once and for all??

    Where are you asking for it, on your Webpage? Or is this still regarding the dashboard?

    the same. say that I have just cropped it, I click the button to set it as featured, then get to the post edit window and there I see the wrong image.

    I tested for HOURS quite everything one can do..
