Thumbnail Crop Exact

Hello,
I am currently running WordPress 4.8 and using Cyclone Slider Version 3.1.3 and Cyclone Slider Pro Version 3.1.0. In the past I’ve used the thubnail crop of exact ant the thumbnail would crop that way but upon the recent update I can’t seem to find a way to get them to crop correctly as seen here: https://staffordmotorspeedway.com/

This is event despite going into the Cyclone Slider > Cyclone Slider > Slide Show > Force Resize image Yes. Do you know I can return this to function as expected cropping the thumbnails to 40X40 exact?
