Thumbnail Cover not showing

  • We have a series of videos on this testimonials page and none of the covers show in any browser. As a work-around I have clipped the videos so that they start with an image, but this only works in Chrome. The covers I created are not showing on the front end at all in any browser. I can see them there in the back end…

    You appear to be using the built-in WordPress [video] shortcode to embed your videos instead of my plugin’s [videopack] shortcode. If you want, you can enable the Videopack setting “Override any existing WordPress built-in "[video]" shortcodes” which will replace those videos with my plugin’s player. Or you can manually replace the [video] shortcodes with [videopack]
