Thumbnail changes not saving

    I am using wordpress 3.0 and the Autofocus Plus Pro plug in.

    I am trying to edit the thumbnails generated for each post. I am uploading the image, editing it in the gallery, and apply the change only to the thumbnail. I then set the image as the posts “featured image”.

    Although the change i am making is showing up in the Gallery, the thumbnail show in the featured image box is not updating and neither is the thumbnail show on my home page.

    I have checked my file via ftp. and filename-88×88.jpg has not been updated.

    I may have misunderstood how this is supposed to work and would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.
