thumbnail broken

Two quick question. I am not able to get the thumbnail to show on the live page or on the wordpress plugin page even after reloading thumbnail and removing all. I even deleted the plugin reinstalled. deleted the page they are on and rebuilt. No Luck.
Also second question is I don’t have the option to (x) out of a model once its load. I see on your personal page that you have that option.
