Through Gsuite, Hotmail rejected!

    I tried to set my app WP mail Smtp with Google, through Gmail, everything is fine except that none hotmail recipient can receive emails. Only the first time after settings, received test email in spam or junk mail, then nothing more, all emails are rejected. It works perfectly when I send to other providers.
    Is there somebody who couldn’t help me to fix this issue?

    Hi @geronimo93,

    so you are using the G-suite with a custom domain or are you using Gmail with their free account?

    Are you using the latest version of our plugin (v2.6.0)? If you send a Test Email in our latest version and are using G-suite with a custom domain, you might get a “Domain Check” results section, which might point to unconfigured SPF and DKIM protocols for your custom domain. That could be the reason for hotmail to reject your emails.

    The other reason could be that you didn’t whitelist (mark as “not spam”) the first email that landed in your spam folder and so hotmail is now rejecting your other emails?
