Thrive Leads with Bento 1.7.3 doesn’t work

  • Hi,

    Since I updated Theme Bento Thrive Leads doesn’t work.
    The lightbox (popup) is not shown, also the Forms created via shortcode are invisible.

    I can see the code of the forms, when I inspect the html-code of the section. But I can’t see the form in the browser-window.

    have any one experience with Thrive Leads with Bento?

    In the older version I had NO problem.

    I changed the Theme to Twenty sixteen and Thrive worked.

    I actived Bento and deactived all plugins except thrive leads and all plugins for Bento and the forms – created with Thrive Leads – are not shown.

    Hey Daniela,

    thank you for choosing Bento! This issue has been fixed in theme’s version 1.7.5, but the www.remarpro.com ticketing system has not yet made the last update live for some reason. In any case, here’s a direct link to the latest version of the theme, you can simply uninstall the existing Bento and install anew by uploading the archive. In case you’re on an Apple machine you might need to re-archive the folder when you download it following the above link.

    thanks!

    I updgraded the theme but the forms are not shown yet.
    See https://hanne-coaching.de/der-halo-effekt/ at the bottom,
    there is a wide space without text and there should the form be shown.

    please try adding a hash (#) into the URL field of the menu item “Mit mir arbeiten” and refresh the page?
