When I activate the W3 Total Chache Plug-in, I am unable to save in Thrive Architect. When I click save it shows “saving..” perpetually. I’ve left it on for 30minutes.

Issue goes away when i disable W3 Total Cache.

Is there any way to resolve this? Having to disable then enable the plug-in with every new post/post edit is very troublesome and resets my visitors cache.

Appreciate any help i can get!

    Hello @jpwy

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
If minify is enabled, can you please check if the option in Performance>Minify>General>”Disable minify for logged in users” is enabled? If not, please enable the mentioned option, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists.
    Thanks!

    Hi Marko,

    Thanks for the response.

I’ve tried this and the problem still persists. No changes from enabling the “Disable minify for logged in users” checkbox. Have saved and purged the cache too ??

    Hello @jpwy

    Thank you for the information.
Can you please disable the settings in Performance>General settings one by one, save the settings, and purge the cache after each option is disabled and see which setting might be causing this.
    Thanks!

    Hi Marko!

Apologies for not getting back. Seemed like your initial suggestion to “Disable minify for logged in users” worked.

I had left it for a day or so before attempting the other troubleshooting method of disabling the other settings one by one. But when I came back the issue was solved already. Probably needed abit of time for “Disable minify for logged in users” to kick in.

Many thanks for all the help!
