    Hello,
I have a problem with the plugin, I use Thrive Apprentice as LMS plugin. When Litespeed is activated, the progress indication does not work properly. When I disable it, it works. I have actually deactivated the cache for logged in users. that’s why I’m surprised. I have made a video about this:

Thanks in advance for any help!
    Tobias

please check this guide , I am particular interested what is the value of the header , you should be looking for x-litespeed-cache or x-litespeed-cache-control header when issue occurs

Hi, this is what i am getting:

    Screenshot 2024-11-12 153749.png

I also made a screencast. once I deactivate litespeed everything works:

on your screenshot it shows x-litespeed-cache-control: no-cache , this means the page is not cached

now I wonder where did this thing come from ?

like I said, deactivating litespeed solves the problem, thus i suppose it comes from litespeed.

if x-litespeed-cache-control:no-cache shows no cache , it means the plugin itself did NOT cache the page , to me, this is more like a certain interaction with 3rd party plugin that ends up in such case , that’s why I ask where did that prefetch cache come from , and if possible , try remove it , see what happens
