Three Forms, One Stopped Working

    Been using VFB for several years and one of the forms suddenly stopped working. It just doesn’t send the emails, already checked the spam folders, tried changing the emails, duplicating the form, etc. Entries still being stored within the dashboard.

    Wordpress, plugin, and server software are all up to date.

    All forms send to the same email.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

    Hi there Mike, you are using the free version of VFB correct, and the other two forms function correctly still?

    The pro version, but someone else was managing the website before me so I don’t have the credentials to login and ask the question there. The other two still work fine correct.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
