Threaded Comments CSS /PHP code errors

Hey guys i got two problems with the comments, please help.
1. If I set the Depth of the comments to 5 Max, and there has been 5 replies to a comment in Depth, the whole look of the divs will screw up as you see here. If i have it on 3 max, and there has been exactly 3 replies, same thing.
2. I broke comments to be limited to 50 per page. But as you see, it’s not working so well, when I click Older comments, it doesn’t do anything straight away. You need to click Older comments Again after the page reloads for it to do something. Also when you add a new comment, it takes you to a page with of no comments with the comments broken up. How can i fix this?
