    Hello,

My WooCommerce store already has the thousands separator set up. But the annasta plugin filter doesn’t show it to me that way.

I looked in the options but didn’t find anything. My store is with the currency Chilean Pesos (CLP). This is what it should look like: $1.000, $10.000, $100.000 or $1.000.000

Thank you in advance for the help.

    Regards!

    Hello Diegocarr,

Unfortunately your shop page is blocked for viewing, and I couldn’t reproduce the issue on our test site. I can see from the code that there are 2 cases in which the thousand separator would not work. One of them implies creating custom scripts (I don’t presume you have done that?), and the other is when the thousand separator is set to the same symbol as the decimal separator. Please go to Woocommerce > Settings > General, and check the thousand and decimal separators of your shop, making sure that they are set to different values.

If it’s not any of the above, then please open the access to your shop page for us to try to make an estimation of what else could be at fault.

    Hello,

Already solved. The problem was caused by what you told me:

“The thousand and decimal separators of your shop, making sure that they are set to different values.”

    Thank you very much!
