Thousands of attributes

  • Hello,

    My woocommerce eshop has more than thousand attributes, with lots of terms in each. Your product filter fits my needs very well, I would prefer to buy paid version, but the performance is very bad. Opening a product category page which contains lots of attributes, takes more than a minute some times. Is there a possibility this can be solved somehow? Maybe I can help with some logs or queries being generated?

    Thanks for response. That helps! At least the category page loads with filtered products. Need to work on some designs to notify user that filters are being prepared in this case, because they appear after ~30 seconds or more sometimes.

    EDIT: Is there any class indicator that filters are being retrieved from backend? Because I only see div with class=”filter filter–style-premmerce”, which has no children in it. After filters appear, class does not change, just children appear.

    I see no reply from support on users queries, i dont understand how they are building paid subscriber trust on support.
    I am little confuse what support paid subscriber are getting.
