    Hello Everyone,
I recently uploaded a CSV file onto my WooCommerce store and all of the attributes are showing fine, except for the prices.

Thousand separator is being shown as “,” in spite of setting it as “.” on Woo’s General Settings.
Similarly, the decimal separator is being shown as “.” in spite of setting it as “,” on Woo’s General Settings.

Where else can be adjust the prices settings so that Chilean prices are properly displayed in thousands? (ie. $26.000 and not $26).

Here’s the link to the shop showcasing the current situation:

And here’s the link to a folder containing screenshots:

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi There,

I tested this on my test site using the Storefront theme and the latest version of WooCommerce. Here’s how it appears:

I see that you’ve set the Number of decimals option to 0. To fix your issue, consider increasing it to 3. To do so, go to WooCommerce > Settings > General > Currency options.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi Shameem,

    Your tips worked!
I did what you recommended and I also had to swap the “,” for the “.” and vice-versa within the thousand and decimal separator fields.

So now the prices are showing up properly in CLP$ using the “.” as the thousand separator.

    Thanks for your advice!

    Best,
    Christian
