Thmbnails not showing on IOS

    Hi,
    My gallery thumbnails are not displayed on ay Apple device… just white space. Clicking around though does open the lightbox.
    Gallery thumbnails do display on android & Windows.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    I’m actually seeing the images load on my iPhone 7+?

    There’s nothing that I know of that would be that different between the iOS and Android?

    Also have you tried turning off the Envira Lazy Load or Create Mobile Image Size on your gallery?

    Since this forum is only meant for Envira Lite issues, can you please go to your Envira Account >> Support tab and create a ticket?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the reply.
    Very Strange, check this morning and the images are showing on my Iphone 6… IOS updated overnight to 12.2 so maybe that was the issue.
