The website suddenly shuts down and this text appears “This {link removed} page can’t be found No webpage was found for the web address: {link removed}
HTTP ERROR 404”
<br>Cannot access Admin due to website being down and Please provide a solution to this issue when the website launches when wordpress is re-installed.<br> Re-installing wordpress by logging in from the website cpanel solved the problem temporarily but the same problem started again

The front end of your site is working fine for me.
For the backend, my suspicion is you’ve used some “security” plugin to obfuscate the login/dashboard URL.
You may want to check your list of plugins, and, if necessary, temporarily disable the one that may be responsible for this (renaming the plugin’s folder to disable it).
