    Why did this happen?
What do I do to fix it?
Does this mean members cant access their content?
Where do I find test mode?

It looks like this website is a clone of another one. In order to not generate errors like double payments, the Plugin Scheduled Payments functionality from Paid Member Subscriptions has been disabled.
In order to restore it, you need to put the plugin into Test Mode.

  • Hello @warrenlion,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This happens because you have cloned you website. We do have this message and this implementations, in order to avoid things such as double payments (it can happen).

In order to activate the payments, first you’ll need to go to PMS –> Settings –> Payments –> Test Mode. After, enable the Live Mode again.

By doing this, you will reactivate the payments on your website again.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

Same thing happened to me the other day. And now I also have some problem with content restriction. I restricted some content and allowed to show it only to logged in users but even after logging in the content is still restricted. I tried to reactivate the payments as you said but without success.

Can you please tell me what to do?

    Hi @dariusraia

What do you mean – are you talking about staging?

I also just received this message in the last few days. My site is new and isn’t a clone.

    Hello,

If anybody sees this message and this is your Live site, you need to go to PMS -> Settings -> Payments put the plugin to Test mode and save the page. Then switch back to Live mode and save the page again. This will make it go away.

This has nothing to do with Content Restriction or something else, so if you have other issues, please open your own topic.

    Regards.
