This webpage is not available

  • I tried to go on my website (www.globemedcu.org) yesterday (9/21/15) and it is displaying the message “This webpage is not available”. Last time I accessed the website was last week. I don’t know what happened in between and I’m not an expert with wordpress so I can’t figure it out. Is this a common problem and can it be fixed easily? Prior to this I did notice that, if I searched my website on google, there was a message under the link that said “This site may be hacked”. I don’t know what’s going on and I could really use some help as I’m running this website for a nonprofit. Thank you!

  • I believe the first thing you should do is contact your hosting company and see whether or not your website is online, it’s returning a server not found error for me currently.

    It might just need a complete reboot to get everything working again.

    Let me know what’s going on when you have done that.
