How did you edit .htaccess?

Well I can’t access my wp-admin page anymore via my browser.
I editted it with a WP plugin.

Is it possible to undo the change by downloading WordPress on my pc and change the .htaccess file locally?

Ah I see. Do you have an FTP login to the server? Or a login for the server’s Control Panel? You could use either to edit the .htaccess file.
