This webpage has a redirect loop

bladolphins.com/New I updated wordpress and the mantra theme last night, cleared all caches and used it for a good hour or two after. This morning I woke up to it not working and giving me a error:
This webpage has a redirect loop. The main index page works and I can get to the dashboard but dont know what to try from here. I tried reinstalling wordpress and the mantra theme and nothing has worked. I have also disable all plugins and this did not work either.

Please help!
