This web page has a reidrect loop

  • I have tried to login to my word press installed website, the error occurs like, This web page has a redirect loop. Here is the link i tried https://farafashions.in/wp-login.php . Kindly go through the link and help me to resolve the issue. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies. It doesn’t work out.

    Dear Calvin,

    Thanks a lot. I tried first time the authentication box appears and second, third time the error says like this webpage has redirect loop. I don’t even know what is the procedure to remove the authentication required box as well to resolve redirect loop issues. Kindly give some ideas to resolve the problem.

    I resolved the problem. Now the link is working well, Thanks for tried to help me out buddy. I gone through the .htaccess file and i found some thing unwanted in the file like

    ErrorDocument 401 “Unauthorized Access”
    ErrorDocument 403 “Forbidden”
    <FilesMatch “wp-login.php”>
    AuthName “Contact Your Hosting Company for Username and Password”
    AuthType Basic
    AuthUserFile /home/farafa/.wpadmin
    require valid-user
    </FilesMatch>

    I have cleared the text and saved. Now the link is working.
