    All I get when I try to activate this is “The plugin does not have a valid header.”

    Gerowyn it sounds like the plugin was not downloaded correctly to your site.

    ‘delete’ WooCommerce from the plugins screen, and add it again. If it does not activate again, let me know the error you see.

    maybe your theme not support the plugin

    @gerowyn: I do not have any such problem while activating plugin.

    It’s unfortunate that user like yours are ahead to put negative reviews, but do not reply to Plugin Author’s questions and also do not consider to put revised review if the issue has been resolved.
