This user account status is Membership Inactive

  • Hi Support,

    Currently, only the admin (user role) can see accounts that are either “Pending Review” or “deactivated”.

    Admin can view them in member directories and has access to the profile as well

    Is there a way to allow other user roles to see these in the directory or perhaps the profile as well?

    The idea is to allow another user role to see inactive or deactive accounts without giving them admin permissions straight out.

    Hello @borisv

    Unfortunately, this is not possible with the current version of the plugin. Admin is supposed to review pending users. So, that’s the only role that can see “Pending review and deactivated” users.
