    I don’t know what to say but I installed the plugin to fix the js and css issues

    The tool changed the look of the menu

    And changed the designs of the other pages

    Now when I try to edit and restore the old designs it doesn’t work

    I can’t change the sizes and I can’t change them. What is the solution?

    Thank you for contacting us. Our apologies for the caused inconvenience.

    10Web Booster does not make permanent changes to the website, Disabling the plugin or simply enabling Test Mode reverts any 10Web Booster changes back. Please, make sure to clear your hosting cache as well to see the result.

    I solved the problem by restoring the backup

    Look at the difference in the two images and you will see that the plugin has changed the design

    Dear @xbozo ,

    We apologize for the wait. We are extremely sorry to hear about you issue and would be very glad to assist you, however to proceed we will need Booster to be enabled on your website and the website connected to 10Web Dashboard – it can be done in Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.

    To enable the test mode:

    1. Log in to your 10Web account
    2. Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
    3. To the left of the dashboard under?Website Booster?click on?Frontend > Settings tab
    4. In the?Test Mode?section, click the toggle
    5. Click on?Enable?to activate

    Once done, please kindly let us know so our team could troubleshoot your problem ASAP,
