This theme requires the following plugin: Easy Blocks – Gutenberg Page Builder

Which Theme you’re using? All of my Themes are Gutenberg enabled and supported.
I’ve given compatibility if WordPress v5.0+ installed then Gutenberg Page Builder required for using my Themes.
There’s nothing wrong and doesn’t violate any rules with this notice because it’s required WordPress Repository Plugin ( not third party plugin ).

As I’ve said, I use a custom theme; I do not use one of yours, and most people don’t use your themes. Therefore:

• You’re notice is wrong and contains a factual error. “This theme requires the following plugin: Easy Blocks – Gutenberg Page Builder” is not true. My theme, and most others, do NOT require your plugin.
• You should NOT be forcing this notice if I am not using your themes. That is NOT the proper use of notification.

You should remove your notification and restrict it ONLY to users who have one of your themes installed. If you do not, then a report to WordPress about this matter will be required of me, which I’d hate to do. Sorry!

Please report back here that you have changed the settings of that notification so that it is only shown to users of YOUR themes. Thanks.

Happy to help out if I can! Can you provide an email address where I can send the credentials you’ll need? I’d rather not post that information anywhere.

I’ll need an email address to create a guest admin account for you too.

Please also tell me first what you will be looking for in my admin area. (You cannot view the theme template files from the admin on this site.) Perhaps I can tell you what you need without you actually logging in?

I don’t understand what you mean. Sorry. What do you mean here by “scenario”?

Did you get my email with the credentials? Did you log in with the credentials I sent to you? Were you able to log in without issue? Did you see the notice displayed there?

What else do you need?

Fixed your problem. Remove the user you’ve created for me.
