    Hi Lois,

    I’m not familiar with iThemes builder themes, but it sounds like they don’t natively support WordPress 3 menus (quite unusual nowadays)

    You will need to edit some files to add WordPress 3 Menu support to your theme, but it’s quite easy.

    Alternatively you could get in touch with iThemes support and ask them, as it’s a premium theme I’m not able to download it and try it out for myself sorry.
