This support team goes the extra mile

I love live chat! The support team is exceptional. When I originally purchased the upgrade, the receipt came back as Google Maps. I thought I ordered the wrong thing and re-ordered thinking when I had a minute I would request a refund. Before I had a chance to do so, I received an email saying that the duplicate order had been refunded! In addition I have had several emails as follow up from the friendly word press live chat team to assure that my product was up and running and to answer any questions I might have! In this high tech, high volume world we live in, where else would you get such exceptional support? You guys rock! Thank you.
