    Hi, we want to add the above mentioned customer website to our Wordfence Central dashboard, but it does not work: This site is managed by a different user account, can not add this site to your account.

    We already tried assigning a new free license and to clear the central data in the Tools section of the plug-in multiple times.

    How can we fix that?

    Hi @mastflow, thanks for getting in touch.

    We?do?usually require the email address of the original account holder to contact us, so if somebody else has added your site/domain to Central in the past it may still be active somewhere. If you do have enough information (including any license key and/or the specific site URL) that would verify ownership, I’m sure we can help you out as we sometimes see developers or agencies not pass this information on after they stop administering a site.

    To avoid posting sensitive information here on the public forums, please send as much detail about the site, the Central account you’d like to move it to, and any information about the currently connected account (if known) to?lockout @ wordfence . com.
