    However, I am seeing that our support team has already reached out to you and you already have access to Essential Addons package that you have purchased.

    You are already using it on one of your sites as well.

    So, it would be extremely unfair to say “money was stolen” now actually. I would request you to change the review since your issue has already been taken care of.
