‘This site can’t be reached’ Error After Changing DNS Records

    A few months ago, I was changing my DNS records to make my domain ‘matrixfr.shop’ direct to ‘www.matrixfr.shop’ when my site began to run into the ‘This site can’t be reached’ error. I have since not been able to fix this. Could someone tell me how to fix this and how to successfully direct my domain to ‘www’?

  • The domain currently does not point to any website. Unfortunately, we do not know where you host it, so we cannot tell you what exactly you need to set. Also, this is not a wordpress specific question but a question of the settings on your domain. Contact your hoster to clarify this.
