Hello, I have tried troubleshooting what could be causing this issue without luck. Using suggestions from similar posts on the www.remarpro.com forum.

It appears after some time on the site the following error starts occurring.

    This site can’t be reached
https://www.crystallakesmhc.org took too long to respond.
Search Google for crystal lakes mhc org
    ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I deactivated and ended up removing all recently added plugins in case they were the cause.

I found it appears to be based on the current network I am using for internet access. If this is occurring currently for my home WiFi, anyone else could access the site without issues, assuming they were not connected to my home network.

I also flushed dns and disabled my current anti virus just in case without it helping.

I was recently at the location of the home owners association for this site. Every person I was assisting getting logged in, or accounts created, had the same issue no matter the device type, browser, or security programs running. I thought it had to do with their WiFi but now that I am at home and reset a few users passwords and added some new accounts it has been occurring for me. It appears to to last for 5 or 10 minutes and then load again, long enough for me to do a few more password resets or account creations. Then is occurs again.

What can I do to track down the cause of this issue?

It’s working for me….maybe it’s the web server that’s having problems

Do you have any security plugins installed?

@cjc1867 It will work for anyone on a different network, other than the one experiencing the issue. Even now it was working last I checked but it didn’t take much interaction with the website for the issue to come up and keep me off of it for 5 to 10 minutes before it was ok again. This occured 5 to 10 times today at least.

@sterndata No security plugins are installed currently.
Currently there is Advanced Access Manager, Display Posts Shortcode, Divi Booster, Google Analytics Dashboard for WP, (Poll, Survey, Quiz, Slideshow & Form Builder by OpinionStage.com), and Responsive Tabs. I left these because they have been installed without issue for months. I removed a backup plugin and one other more recent addition to see if it helped but no luck so far.

I will likely contact the host tomorrow to see if they have any advice, just in case it is on their end.
