• This program is wonderful and a must-have to use for pre-testing major updates to themes or plugins on a live site. It works perfectly and is very intuitive.

However, I would like to see more ability to fine-tune and control what is copied. Generally a live site has a variety of plugin utilities that don’t need to be on the staging site — for example, plugins for backup, caching, link-checking, google analytics, SEO, etc. It would be nice to be able to simply select which plugins to copy and which to leave off.

I’d like a lot more control over which files within wp-content to copy. As it is now it seems to be an all or nothing choice. Just as with plugins that aren’t needed on the staging site, the wp-content subdirectories include cache and backup storage that doesn’t need to be pulled over to a staging/testing site.

I realize that this plugin is a work in progress and I definitely look forward to seeing these extra features in a future version!
