Hi, for about 30 days I have a lot of problems uploading my products on facebook.
I did several tests, contacted Facebook support but still can’t find a solution.
I noticed that while manually starting the synchronization of the products the .CSV file that the plugin creates, there are no latest articles published on woocommerce even after days.

  • Hi @mariobernasconi

I understand your products are not syncing to Facebook but can you share more details about the issues you are seeing please?

Is this affecting all products, or just new products?

Can you also please enable logging under Marketing > Facebook, and try another sync.

You will be able to access these logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and selecting the Facebook logs from the dropdown on the right side.

Please then share the logs here, removing any sensitive information. You can use a tool such as https://pastebin.com to paste the log files in to.

When we have the above additional information we’ll be able to assist further.

We will be standing by for your response. Thanks!

    Hi @theabhig

I understand your products are not syncing to Facebook but can you share more details about the issues you are seeing please? -> `from 17 June 2021 my products on the facebook catalog are not updated even though I start the synchronization manually so I checked the .CSV file generated by the plugin and I noticed that even starting the synchronization this remains unchanged.
I also tried to manually write these articles on this file and facebook calmly updates and adds the products but once the new acquisition has started the file is generated again with the previous data so the acquisition tool deletes the products that are no longer present on file.`

Is this affecting all products, or just new products? -> the problem is present in all products as those that are no longer available are not even marked as unavailable

Can you also please enable logging under Marketing > Facebook, and try another sync -> I have already done several tests the last of which this morning when I read your message and nothing no change

Please then share the logs here, removing any sensitive information -> As for the logs it is 57588 lines long so I would need to know what is relevant to the request (I state that there are no error messages and all responses are ok)

I need an answer since I had started some advertising campaigns also concerning product advertisements.

    Let me know, Regards

Thanks for getting back to us and sharing more information. If you are willing, you can disconnect and reconnect the Facebook plugin to your Facebook account. This may reset things. If that doesn’t work you can try to use this free plugin to completely disconnect your site from your FB shop and then reconnect everything like a new instance.

If this is a process you would like to try please do so then reply with an update on the results. I hope this helps! If you have any further questions please feel free to reply to this thread and I or another Happiness Engineer will get back to you.

    Hi @phillipwoo ,
I carried out the test you recommended but nothing …
I want to clarify that I do not use the acquisition method with Pixel but through Feed reader and until 17/06/2021 everything was fine (the CSV sheet was generated automatically Quietly) but after that date this sheet is no longer updated automatically .
At the moment I proceeded to compile it manually without a few difficulties since the products on the site are many.
I also tried to connect the catalog through the Pixel installed on the site but the platform blocks it saying that the Microdata are missing on the product page, even if by checking the code and using the Facebook Pixel Helper it tells me that these microdata are automatically generated from the values present on the page.
Having active advertising campaigns I would like to solve the problem asap but I don’t really know what else to check.
I hope to receive a decisive answer.

    Hi @mariobernasconi,

I appreciate you working with us on this. Could I get you to open up a ticket at WooCommerce.com about this for us? We may need to take a closer look at the site and will need to do that from within our system.

    Thanks!
