This plugin(ver3.2) make TAG links abnormal under WP3.8 zh-cn

If turn this on, the result of clicking a tag link like “https://prokuso.com/tag/wordpress”, is none posts display. But it works normally if the plugin is disabled.
Maybe has somethins todo with the unicode settings? Not sure.
