This plugin rocks for support teams!!

We use this regularly when we need temporary access to a users site. The process is simple enough that most have no issues sending it over quickly (feedback below), we don’t need to bother keeping a user name or password, and the liability concerns of the user are alleviated knowing it expires.

I do think the process could be easier. Once installed you need to dig a bit to get the first token generated. Since we are sending people directly to use this plugin for the purpose it would be great (Wishful thinking) if after install it immediately showed up with a tour like notice anchored to the “Users” menu where you can either click to start the process or better enter an email, user role & length, generate one and copy link to clipboard in one click.

Otherwise fantastic plugin.
