  • Hi @alex47,

    Are you using WooCommerce plugin in your site? Also, mention using which user role you are accessing the site.

    Kindly check if any errors are reported in WooCommerce fatal error logs under WooCommerce>Status>Logs.

    Hi @alex47,

    The basic version supports multisite. Kindly try deactivating the plugin from network level and activate in site level only. If problem is still there, try the same with WooCommerce plugin too.

    Let us know how it goes.

    yes thank you very much for explanation and support, thats all good i can export/import now. but only limited 5000 lines for export user, is it just for free version or pro version also like that ? so if I export more than 5000 lines of page will be error like this, and the average execution time is “10 second” when i export less than 5000

    Hi @alex47,

    The issue is related to execution limit timing out. You can check for the error in WooCommmerce>Status>Logs>fatal error log.

    Kindly try increasing the PHP execution time limit. You can refer the link to set it.

    You can also set it by adding this line in the wp-config.php before require_once(ABSPATH . ‘wp-settings.php’);
    set_time_limit(300);

    Let us know if the issue persists.

    it’s not about PHP execution time limit, but it’s about memory limitation. After i change that, the plugin works well. Big Thanks ??
