    hi

Shouldn’t a detailed menu of “profile fields” be created in the menu when this plug-in is activated? (Users -> Profile fileds)
Activating this plug-in on the admin page does not change anything.
I tried disabling the plug-ins one by one because I thought it was because I’m using Buddypress at the same time as WP – MEMBERS.
    But there is no change.
Do you think you can help me?

    thanks.

    Hi,
Thank you for using the plugin.
This plugin adds new field type.

Here is how you will use them.

    1. Please visit Dashboard->Users->Profile Fields(this screen is provided by BuddyPress)
    2. Click on Add New field at top.

    3. Now on the new field screen you can select the field type.

This is how field types work in BuddyPress. We register field types and BudyPress lists them on new/edit profile field screen.

    Hope it helps.
Please do let me know if you need further assistance.

    Regards

    Thank you for your answer.

    yes i know that process
    (1. Please visit Dashboard->Users->Profile Fields(this screen is provided by BuddyPress)

but in my Dashboard -> Users not display “Profile Fields” sub menu.
    It’s very confusing.
Shouldn’t i be able to see it when we activate the plug-in? need any other settings?

    Hi,
If the profile fields screen is not visible, it might have 2 reasons.

    1. You are on multisite and BuddyPress is network active. In that case, the menu is Network Admin->Users->Profile Fields

    2. Or some plugin is removing that.

Our plugin does not do anything with that menu or the screen.

I will suggest disabling plugins one by one and check.

If you find the reason, Please do share.

    Thank you

    Hi
My site is not multi site.

so I tried it the second way.

    1. Change Theme (twentytwelve)
    2. disabling All plugins(Except for Buddypress and this plug-in)

    but same.
    I don’t understand.

    Hi,
I am sorry but I am unable to find the reason.

    – Are you logging as admin user
    – If yes, Please try changing your theme to default.
    – If that did not work, do you have bp-custom.php? Rename it
    – If that did not work, is there any chance that you removed ‘delete_users’ capability from the logged in user or admin role?

That’s all I can think of.
    Hope it helps.

    I’ve solved it.
The problem was caused by using a different admin account (sub admin) other than root admin (super admin).

    Thank you for your kindness.
