    Hello kenedyt

Sorry I have just seen your post – With the Free Version of the plugin beyond widely reported bugs we don’t do support – we just drop in here occasionally to see if there are any widely reported bugs from an update.

The theme you are using is a Premium theme and this is the free version of the Predictive Search – If you have not already do so you should post a support request to the theme developer – support is part of what you pay for when you buy premium software. Free plugins usually come with either no support of very sporadic (when the developer has time).

At a guess I would say that you have another search plugin installed on your site and it causing the conflict (or the theme has a bundles search function). If it isn’t a search plugin it is probably another plugin.

We do not do the sort of support that you are asking for on the Free version. If you want us to log into your site and check what is going on you will need to upgrade to the Premium version – we give priority support with that.

Or – you could debug the issue yourself by:

    1. In the WordPress customizer activate the default WordPress theme and see if the issue is still there in the preview – that will tell you first if it is the theme.

    2. If the issue is still there then you know it is not the theme but a plugin. So then deactivate the plugins 1 by 1 until you find which one is causing the conflict.

    Regards
    Steve
