I noticed that you did not open any support ticket about the issue so we didn’t have a chance to check what’s happening and fix that.

and let us know which engine (The “Cloud (new” or “Local (old)”) are you using and/or which one fails for you, what is the site (so we could check it) and what errors (if any) are you getting?
We could then look into it and I hope we’d be able to solve that issue, hopefully making your experience with the plugin good again.
