This plugin isn’t working on my mobile site (WPtouch)

I checked the URL in Firefox and also on my Android smartphone – I don’t see any problem. The PhotoSwipe lightbox works fine also on my smartphone in the mobile view. What exactly do you mean with “isn’t working”?

As there is no feedback and I can’t find any problem with the mentioned URL, I’ll close this issue.

Hi Arno. Thank you so much for the quick reply and sorry I didn’t see your first message. It went to my spam folder. I just had to disable all the plugins and reactivate them to get the plugin to work. Do you think this is a problem with WordPress or this plugin?

Now that this amazing plugin is working I’m just trying to do 2 extra things. One is use a different photo viewer on my PC site and the other is to add a lazy load masonry gallery. Do you have any plugins that can do that, that work with this plugin?

Since I never heard of any problems like this before and the plugin was downloaded more than 1600 times already, I think your WordPress installation maybe had a problem.

Concerning your question about a lazy load masonry gallery: sorry, no, I don’t have such a plugin. But there is a combined masonry with PhotoSwipe available for WordPress here from someone else:

However, I don’t know if this supports lazy loading and the included PhotoSwipe script may also not contain the patches from my version.

The plugin is perfect on my PC just not on my phone for some reason. I did a basic bug check and can’t figure out why the plugin isn’t loading though. Maybe I just have to keep deactivating everything and wait until I can find where a problem is… ??

Either you already changed something or your phone has a problem. What phone (and browser) are you using?

I have an iPhone 7 Plus and am using Safari.

I cleared the browser’s cache but that didn’t make a difference either.

Sorry – in this case I don’t know what to do, since I don’t have such a phone. Maybe there is a general compatibility problem with that version of Safari.
