The plugin Exports and Reports has been temporary taken down due to a CSV issue that we’ve already fixed. The plugin is going to stay down until I refactor the whole codebase so it passes the required review steps to get it back up.

Unfortunately, the person who reported the CSV problem didn’t contact me first and went through the plugin team itself. That just means there’s a more arduous process for me to get this plugin back up and I didn’t expect to suddenly have to spend this amount of time rewriting things.

As soon as the code changes are made and it passes the automated code style checks, another release will be made available with those changes and it will be reviewed by the plugins team. Hopefully at that point, it will be approved and become available again.

Thank you for letting us know and thank you for your efforts. I really love this plugin. I’ve used it to create reports for non-profit websites.

@sc0ttkclark I see it’s been a few months since you had to take this plugin down. Do you need any help with updating it? I also love this plugin, and a client website I’m working on now makes extensive use of it, so I’d be happy to volunteer some time to help get it back up and running.

I’d love help, the main problem is that they require the plugin code to pass all of the WP coding standards which have evolved since I initially built this plugin.

I’ve been busy with getting Pods 2.9 released and this was just too much to do on top of everything else.

The goal would be to get the code updated and passing phpcs checks for WP coding standards.

You can contribute a PR here: https://github.com/sc0ttkclark/exports-and-reports

I may end up having time to work on this later this month if no one else steps in.

Sounds good! I’ll start looking at it in the next few days, and we can continue the conversation over a PR.
