This plugin is not support to the Group mail?

I’m not sure if I correctly understand what you mean by “group mail”. What do you have in the To and other fields in the Mail tab panel?

In “To field i have the mail id: [email protected], but this mail id contain 5 another mail id. & all those 5 member don’t get the mail from contact form 7, means a group.

please help me i am in big trouble. or the latest version of the contact form is not supporting this feature?

If you change the email address in the To field to another normal one (not a group mail), are you able to receive the email?

yes..i am getting the mails if i put only single mail id

Okay. So Contact Form 7 is working properly.

Contact your mail host and tell them that the group email [email protected] isn’t working as expected.

But that mail id is working fine in plain HTML site, but not with plugin. So the issue is in application.
