This plugin is not charging my customers at all.

    This plugin, once installed and activated and properly configured for use with Woocommerce and Stripe (using Publishable and Secret Keys) are NOT charging my customers at all.

    I’m not sure if this plugin requires Woocommerce Subscriptions installed or not, because I do not have this plugin installed, and am using YITH Subscriptions instead. In any case, the plugin page says that this will work with “Woocommerce Subscriptions” and implies that Woocommerce Subscriptions is not required for this gateway to work. So I am testing this gateway in LIVE MODE and it never charges my customers anything. It only sends TOKENS, but not CHARGES. Also, just noticed that Customers are not being added as well. No errors in the logs that I can see. The Tokens are going through fine as 200 OK.

    WooCommerce Subscriptions is not required to use our Stripe plugin. It is listed as we list all of our gateways that work with our WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.

    Try making a non-subscription purchase of a simple product through Stripe. If that works, you will need to contact the developers of the YITH Subscriptions plugin as it is in control of creating the orders and sending the charge through Stripe.
