This plugin is incompatible with the enabled WooCommerce feature ‘High-Performa

  • Hi,

    I have installed the plugin on a site using WooCommerce and I am getting a warning in the wp-admin dashboard saying: ‘This plugin is incompatible with the enabled WooCommerce feature ‘High-Performance order storage’

    Is this something that can be updated with this plugin to be compatible?

    Hello @philsola

    Sorry for the late reply. The plugin is indeed compatable with WooCommerce HPOS. We just forgot to add the declaration. Considering this is just a few lines of code, we uploaded the fix to the same version of the plugin. It is not worth creating another release and triggering another update for such a minor thing.

    So to fix your issue can you please:

    1. Deactivate the plugin
    2. Uninstall it
    3. Reinstall it

    That will do the trick. Can you please follow the above and let us know how you manage?
