This plugin is blocking theme customization

    I am using this plugin ‘Post in Sidebr’ with the theme WP MACCHIATO and has discovered that this plugin is blocking the theme customisation. The customisation panels (probably AJAX) are not opening if this plug in is installed.

    Hello,
    I just tried that theme with Posts in Sidebar and all is working fine. Have you tried disabling other plugins?

    Thanks for your response.
    Yes, I have deactivated all the plugins and tested it. Only this plugin is causing problem. It worked like a switch. The moment I deactivated the plugin theme customization panel appears. The moment I activate the plugin the customzation panel not loading. But I need to see whether this plugin is clashing with any other plugin. I will get back after doing further experiments.

    Hi,
    Here again.
    I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it. Now the theme customization panel works. Don’t know how it worked. Thanks.

    Unfortunately, this plugin (Post in Sidebar) is again interfering with the WP MACCHIATO theme customization.

    I just tried again and deeply this theme, but I do not find any issue.

    Could you explain better what happens?

    When I try to open theme customize page, it leads me to settings page of Post in Sidebar.
    When I deactivate this plugin and open the theme customize page it works properly.

    Some questions:

    1) Do you mean that when you click on Appearance > Customize, WordPress leads you to the widgets management page? (since there isn’t any Posts in Sidebar settings page).

    2) Have you tried activating the theme Macchiato and ONLY Posts in Sidebar?

    3) Does this theme have a proprietary customization panel/page?
