• This plugin is awful to use and the support on their pro plan is simply not worth the money. They promise 24/7 support and they do not help you.

The recent updates to the plugin have crashed many website. You can read about his problem in other reviews as well and I could not agree more with those. While mistakes can happen, the creators of this product will not provide any support; even if you are on a plan that you pay for support. This is a common theme in their reviews online (here, Facebook and other sources as well).

SiteGround hosting has been bothered so much about this common problem that they have found a workaround in other forums and have created a dynamic support form that asks you if you use Elementor and just gives you the workaround. You will then have to go into the code of the program and make changes. SiteGround states they have been waiting for months for Elementor to resolve the issues, but they have not.

Yahoo Small Business hosting limits some of the features of this product due to serious security flaws.

In addition, if you have a paid plan, they will automatically rebill you without your permission. Again, this is something they did to me and it is a common theme in their reviews. Their policy prohibits you from obtaining prorated refunds. This alone should be a warning that the product isn’t good and they are worried about people using it a few months, finding it isn’t good and their support is useless, and wanting money back. Quality products offer refunds, even prorated ones, because they know you are unlikely to cancel.

This product is glitchy, has known security issues, and they do not stand behind it. The hosting companies are becoming aware of how problematic this product is.
